Employee Lifecycle Specialist

To support its expansion, Xfly is looking for an Employee Lifecycle Specialist, who undertakes and coordinates the employee’s lifecycle journey to attract and retain top talents.

This position is a temporary replacement for maternity leave.


  • Have at least a bachelor’s degree in a related field such as human resources or with an associate degree and several years of experience in the field.
  • Team coordination – should be able to effectively coordinate team activities to achieve common goals
  • Advanced communication skills – written and verbal communication are important in this position, to effectively communicate with managers within their departments
  • Positive and energic attitude to support company values
  • Can-do-attitude to help to develop and execute the lifecycle journey
  • Pro-active and independent work performance is required

  • Excellent knowledge of Estonian and English

Main Tasks

  • Create, execute, and oversee the employee onboarding and offboarding process throughout the organization to fulfill the lifecycle journey, including administrative duties e.g contract annexes, termination notices, finalizing new entrants, job descriptions.
  • Help with employee integration by ensuring the induction program and process are instructed and executed according to company strategy
  • Execute and oversee training activities through the organization, and identify the training programs aimed at the development of the core competency skills of an Individual. 
  • Execute and oversee the retention and exit process and analyze the Exit Interview response to identify gaps in the organizational practices.
  • Help to retain high performers or skilled employees in the organization by structured career planning.
  • Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are implemented and trained according to company strategy and instructions given by the legal department    
  • Keep HR system updated with accurate employee data
  • Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
  • Preparation of reports/presentations relating to personnel activities additional tasks advised by direct superior


  • Previous experience in HR coordination will be beneficial
