Internal Communications Specialist

We are looking for an Internal Communications Specialist to join our Marketing and Communications team. This is a permanent position stationed in Tallinn, Estonia. However, we are working in a flexible hybrid model and work can also be done remotely if you prefer so.

The role offers a dynamic, collaborative environment where we work closely with our people managers and other stakeholders.

As an Internal Communications Specialist in Xfly

You will manage internal communication flow and newsletters.
You will manage monthly Employee Engagement and Wellbeing surveys.
You will make meaningful suggestions in areas that can create consistently positive employee experiences.
You will support employee wellbeing by organizing virtual and on-site events.
You will develop a great employer brand internally and externally.
You will promote and develop Xfly´s internship program.

What are we looking for?

You will succeed in this role if you have relevant experience in communication, employer branding, or/and marketing.
Your way of working is collaborative, and you are comfortable in a multicultural working environment.
You are committed in building a work and life balance experience for our employees.
You have excellent communication skills and fluency in English, other European languages are considered as an advantage.
You have relevant university degree (e.g. in communication, psychology, education theory).
